The Freedom sessions are designed to enhance the student’s personal Yoga practice and to meet individual needs.
They are non-led yet supervised classes where each student can go deeper into their own zone, following the practice that is best suited for their Body-mind at that time.
Fabio is present to guide, assist, adjust and support where needed.

Each session we will explore one Deity that will inspire and flavour each Asana (postures), pranayama and other Yogic techniques related to the Mythological God or Goddess we will cover. A great way to learn more about the origins of Yoga, the course is open to anyone interested no matter the previous experience.

Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronising the movement of the body with the breath.
A series of progressive postures builds internal heat, clears the mind, detoxes the body and improves circulation. You will build strength and stamina, and see an improvement in flexibility, resulting in a greater sense of overall wellbeing.
Suitable for complete beginners or those continuing their journey.
