Each session we will explore one Deity that will inspire and flavour each Asana (postures), pranayama and other Yogic techniques related to the Mythological God or Goddess we will cover. A great way to learn more about the origins of Yoga, the course is open to anyone interested no matter the previous experience.

The Freedom sessions are designed to enhance the student’s personal Yoga practice and to meet individual needs.
They are non-led yet supervised classes where each student can go deeper into their own zone, following the practice that is best suited for their Body-mind at that time.
Fabio is present to guide, assist, adjust and support where needed.

Tight hips or hamstrings?
Low back pain?
Keen runner or cyclist?
Feeling restricted in tree pose or forward bends?
This Yin Yoga workshop will address these common complaints (and more!). Yin Yoga is all about reaching the deep tissue that other forms of exercise cannot access - tissues that hold old injuries, tightnesses, restrictions and more.
We will also work (gently) with the joints, addressing aches and pains in hips, knees and ankles.
Three hours of deliciously slow but deeply healing Yin Yoga with Claire.
