June Yoga Challenge
As you know, here at the Shala, we strongly believe in the power of Yoga to not only change your body, but also to enhance your mood and improve your life. And the best way to make this happen is to cultivate a regular practice. However, we know that can be easier said than done!
So, to make it easier for you, we've devised the June Yoga Challenge, and thrown in some *FREE* classes to make it super-appealing!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's simple. We are challenging you to double up your Yoga practice, so if you currently come once a week, we challenge you to come twice, OR if you already come twice, we challenge you to come four times! And, for the month of June, you can come to the extra classes for *FREE*
HOW DO I CLAIM MY FREE CLASS?
In any given week (Monday - Sunday), come to one class, and then you can attend a second class in the same week, for *FREE*. At your first class in the week, just tell the teacher which second class you'd like to attend that week, and s/he will book you in for no charge.
