Caroline Robertson - Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Caroline has a background in philosophy and a strong dynamic practice which makes for a great combination in a teacher! Her classes come with her signature style, and of course her beautiful French accent :)
She also teaches Yoga in French on the Northern Beaches.
Claire Lane - Yin Yoga
Claire's classes have been described as "wonderfully gentle, nourishing and restorative" and more than one student has been known to send her a late-night email to her, declaring how their legs (or mind!) feel after a class. Her teachings underpin the philosophy that the purpose of Yoga is to connect body, breath and mind as one, and that the actual shapes we make in class aren't nearly as important as we think they are!
She started Yoga in 2009 as a way to resolve the aches and pains that came with a desk job, but what enchanted her was its ability to calm the mind, not just on the mat, but also in day-to-day life. It's this she loves sharing with her students, in a welcoming and light-hearted way.
Fabio Fabbri - Owner and Teacher
Fabio opened Guringai Yoga Shala in 2015 to realise his long-held dream of creating a space where he could share his love of Yoga - in particular, the principles and practices that take place off the mat, but that he believes are essential for a more authentic way of life. His main goal as a teacher is to increase people's self-awareness, allowing their experience of Yoga to be extended into their daily life.
He teaches Hatha Yoga and Freedom Yoga, and also runs specialised courses on Yoga philosophy, chakra meditation, pranayama and relaxation, Yogic physiology and postural alignment, as well as the great Yogic cleanses. He offers mentoring opportunities, designs individual practices for his private and his Freedom Yoga students and runs regular retreats both in Australia and internationally. Rosie Caunt - Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on Yoga Therapy
Rosie has 40 years' teaching experience, and teaches a classical, breath-centred Yoga with a focus on therapy, strength and balance. She teaches all ages, but tends to attract older people looking to keep active and healthy in their later years. She combines a traditional asana practice, with philosophy, as well as a dash of fun and humour.
She currently teaches Hatha Yoga; Yoga for Body, Mind & Spirit; and Yoga for Stiff Joints and Sore Muscles
